Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for Rental Properties in Leicester
Fast, reliable EPC assessments for landlords and letting agents — with digital reports stored automatically in Matrix Hub.
Why Do Landlords Need an EPC?
By law, every rental property must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before a tenancy begins.
An EPC provides:
• The property’s energy efficiency rating (A to G)
• Recommendations to improve performance
• Estimated running costs
• Guidance on heat loss and insulation
Landlords must ensure the property meets minimum EPC standards (currently E or above) unless exempt.
CRS Matrix provides fast EPC assessments across Leicester and Leicestershire with same-week appointments available.
