Our standard historical setup focuses on up to five years of available compliance records. We can make an agreed initial request for missing documents; the landlord remains responsible for obtaining records that third parties do not supply. Available with every plan, including Owner Hub. One-off pricing depends on the properties and paperwork involved.

Getting to know your portal
What is MyMatrixHub®?
MyMatrixHub® is an online property portal that brings together recorded compliance information, certificates, inspections, maintenance documents and property history. It is designed for landlords and letting agents across the UK.
Do I need to download an app?
MyMatrixHub® is accessed as an online portal. You can explore it without treating it as another piece of software to install.
Can I use it for just one property?
Yes. The portal is intended for individual landlords as well as larger portfolios and letting agents.
Is MyMatrixHub® only available in Leicester?
No. MyMatrixHub® is a UK-wide portal. CRS Matrix’s own engineering and coordination services are offered locally in Leicester and surrounding areas.
Your properties and records
What information can I keep together?
The portal is designed to organise available property certificates, inspection information, relevant documents, recorded work history, dates and outstanding actions in one property-centred view.
Will it show me when something is due?
The portal can display relevant dates and upcoming requirements based on information recorded against the property. Dates and records should still be checked for accuracy.
What if a certificate or report is missing?
Missing information can be identified and followed up. The portal cannot create evidence for an inspection or job that has not been recorded or completed.
What happens when tenants or contractors change?
The aim is to keep the property’s recorded history connected to the property rather than scattered between the people involved. Access to information remains subject to the relevant account permissions.
Freedom and choice
Do I have to use CRS Matrix?
No. MyMatrixHub® is a separate, UK-wide property portal. You can use your preferred contractors; CRS Matrix is one possible local service provider.
Can my own contractor supply records?
Yes, relevant information and documents can be included through supported submission processes. Availability and permissions depend on the applicable workflow and account.
Can my letting agent use it?
The portal is designed to support landlords and letting agents, including situations where some properties are agent-managed and others are self-managed.
Does the portal manage or supervise my contractors?
No. The portal organises information; it does not independently supervise contractors or guarantee the quality of their work.

Are there different plans?
Yes. MyMatrixHub® has a freemium entry option and tiered plans for different needs. The current features, eligibility and terms can be reviewed when you request access.
How do I get started?

Does MyMatrixHub® guarantee my property is legally compliant?
No. The portal helps you understand recorded information, relevant dates and outstanding actions. Legal duties and decisions remain with the responsible people, and records depend on the information supplied.
Is my portal the same as a property management system?
MyMatrixHub® focuses on property compliance information and connected property history. It can complement the ways you already manage lettings, rather than requiring you to replace them.
